110% Surfing Techniques Volume 2 is packed full of tips for high performance surfing. This comprehensive, easy to use coaching tool consists of 20 separate sections, where the action is split into Advanced Moves and Key Techniques.

Advanced moves use detailed breakdowns of how to perform turns at the highest level; including forehand tube rides, snaps, off the tops, white-water climbs and how to adapt your bottom turn to suit the top turn.

The Key Techniques section will help you to improve your overall surfing, demonstrating how to create your own board speed, master heavy drops, improve cutbacks, make fast waves, throw the tail out, improve take off, catch more waves, perform full rail carves and more.

The DVD is split into 2 separate sections for regular and goofy stance, making it easier to relate them to your own surfing. Including slow motion and split screen to highlight correct techniques against common mistakes. Land, water and board cam angles are used to help explain the tips.

Filmed on location in the England, France, South Pacific and Hawaii. Featuring high performance surfing from the likes of Pancho Sullivan, Taylor Knox and Josh Kerr. Including some incredible board cam footage of Ian Battrick in Indonesia.

The clip given on this website is a good indication of what the rest of the dvd is like. It gives clear instructions. There is only sections of this dvd which can be used for longboarding.

i've been surfing for many years, and i surf everyday there is a wave, i knew i could be doing better and 110% surfing shows you in great slo mo detail where you are going wrong, after watching the dvd i would work on one part of my surfing at a time and i would watch it just before i went in, it has improved my surfing a great deal (i was reasonably good to start off with!) mainly just tweaking things, but those little tweaks have a big effect. Yes you may be able to do a good cutback, but can you do a great cutback? thats where this dvd comes in for intermediate/advanced surfers it just irons out all those bad habits we get into. I would highly recomend this DVD and can't wait for the next one, hopefully it will help me make the 180 air reverse i'm working on, i just can't get it right!!!!
