While the website is both informative & easy to use, I was very impressed at service on the telephone - straight through to someone who knew what they were talking about, sound advice & I wasn't made to feel as though I should have tried to order online. Delivery was the next day I think, so I really can't fault the service in any way whatsoever. Jenny
