The sun was going down as I was heading out, but i had to fix a small ding. It was supposed to take five min in the sun, so i filled in and placed the board up against a fence to get more exposure to the low sun as I headed in to get on the wetsuit, as I came out the board had blown down with a much bigger ding than the first one, so I had to fill in that too, and wait again.... But I got a deasent hour in the water alone in the sunset, and the ding repair was fast and easy, much easier than any polyesterfilling I have used before.

I found it sets very slowly if not in direct sunlight - I left it overnight in a garage and it was still soft next morning. Sets solid quickly in the sun though.

not sure whether can use on a volan finished board. I suppose my only suggestion is maybe that some of your advertising assumes a certain level of knowledge- might make me go to a shop instead so I can ask questions and get recommendations based on them?
