AIt cannot be used as a standard housing, it is permanently attached to the wrist strap, it is only compatible with the SD GoPro cameras, not the HD camera models.

ANo, the HD cameras like the Hero 2 surf edition are slightly bigger than the SD cameras so this housing is too small for any HD GoPro camera.

ANo, This housing will only work with Go Pro Wide Cameras and we are told a HD wrist housing is on the way.
