If you get in the water irregularly you can end up with salt buildup on your wetsuit zip and many an old suit, or boardbag has been binned just because the zip has ceased up (although modern large tooth plastic zips are a huge improvement over older styles). This stick just rubs onto a zip, lubricating and protecting against corrosion.
