Qdo these fins acctually do anything? they just seem like a gimmick to me, would be cool if they did what they say they do.
AThe following wikipedia page explains the use of winglets in aviation to help reduce drag and this is why rainbow fins developed the the speedwing so that drag was reduced and speed was increased.

A very good fin set if you are looking for as much speed as possible. They have a noticeably low drag.
