Everything we sell we stock ourselves (nothing is drop shipped or supplied via a third party) so before it's shipped we can check it carefully and package it so it should arrive with you in perfect condition. If this is not the case we'll always offer a full refund (including all postage costs).
We operate under UK Law which means your rights with anything you buy online or by mail order (from us or elsewhere) are for a refund (excluding postage) on any item returned within seven days in its original packaging and condition.
We do, at our discretion, extend this further to ensure the very best in customer service and particularly at Christmas we are happy to accept unopened items in their original condition returned shortly after the new year. Whatever the case if you're disatisfied with any purchase please do let us know and we'll do our best to sort it out.
Please note we don't offer a refund on DVDs which have had the cellophane removed or any item that has had packaging damaged or can't be resold 'as new'. All our wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned so long as they haven't been worn in the water
