Rip Curl's popular Flash Bomb wetsuit is designed to be as flexible as possible, whilst keeping you warm. The quick dry material used enables you to maximise your time in the water from late spring through to the winter without compromising on flexibility.

The Flash Bomb takes the founding features from the Rip Curl range and adds a lining that will allow you to maximise your time in the water whilst staying warm. The wetsuit combines warmth, flexibility and quick drying features. Rip Curl's Flash Bomb wetsuit is one of the fastest drying wetsuits on the market, the exclusive, engineered weave in the lining means that the wetsuit will dry in record time, almost completely eliminating the painful situation of having to change into a wet wetsuit on those chilly dawn sessions. Rip Curl have worked hard to make the Flash Bomb a versatile wetsuit by combining many features to help keep you warm without compromising on flexibility.

The uniquely engineered Flash lining wicks moisture away from the skin, meaning that you stay warmer and the wetsuit dries more quickly. Combine this with the extremely flexible E3+ taped seams throughout the entire suit which prevent water flushing through them while increasing longevity and the super stretchy 100% E3 neoprene throughout the entire wetsuit, you have one of the warmest and most flexible wetsuits on the market.

    QHi, Can you tell me if there is any difference between the 2012 and 2013 flashbomb models? Thanks.
    AThe 2012 model has the liquid seal on the outside of the suit all over and the 2013 model only has it on the bottom half.
    QI am from Australia and was just wondering is this like a 4/3?? because we don't have 4mm wetsuits here. I need a good wetsuit for winter in Victoria and love the colour! Cheers.
    AThis suit is a 4/3 mm suit. We are unable to ship Rip Curl wetsuits to Australia due to Rip Curls licensing rules.
    QQuestion:- Is the 4mm warm enough for Irish waters ie the Atlantic Ocean with gloves boots etc or would you recommend the 5mm? Also, would you advise to go for the Flash bomb or the Psycho 2. I currently have one but my dog ripped the zip off it..... Thanks!
    AI would recommend going for the 5mm Flash Bomb suit, it will keep you a little warmer than the 5mm on those colder days.

    It was a smaller LT than my excel LT and didnt fit so sent back and swapped for an excel suit instead. love the excel, super warm suit and really well made
