About Sex Wax

In the early 1970's, Zog was shaping boards and running a small surf shop in Goleta, California. As fate would have, a chemist named Nate Skinner worked in a building next to Zog's shop. Zog and Nate got to talking and decided that with Nate's scientific training and Zog's surfing background, they were the perfect pair to develop a unique, high-performance surfboard wax.

Protip: get as many as the different temps of wax you use, one for each. Rip off the sticker from the wax and stick it on the bottom of the pot. There's a hole slightly smaller than the sticker and it fit's perfect behind it so it wont come off. Keeps things organized, the right wax on the board and no melting wax in your car.

Great product but remember to keep out of the sun! It's not heat proof and a pot of melted wax is not good. However, it's clear that has been considered in the design and the 'bowl' is soft rubber not plastic, easy to peel off melted wax. Clever clever.
