Can I watch this dvd in the Netherlands? I am from the Netherlands. I can't see on the internet if it fits the region of dvd players here in western Europe.

Bought it for hubby he liked it,but you need gym ball and weights has to get him some after buying this although this DVD said you needed ball for one part of this
