Everything is covered in this essential guide, from warm-up to cardio and all essential items like medicin balls, with good clear pics. I'm doing it now for a good month, and I feel it is a great help to my surfing (today back in the water after 3 months and it didn't feel like I was out so long, I just went in the water - off course after some mobility ecxercises and a running warm-up - and surfed really well) I think surf-specific fitness on land is essential for all surfers to prevent injuries, and for weekend warriors like myself a good tool to maintain and build up your fitness, so when the surf comes - or you simply find the time to go surfing - you are prepared and ready.

Good basic info for beginners as far as running and swimming is concerned should help prevent injuries and ensure long term results if the advise is followed.
