3mm gloves give you more flexibility and combined with the new drylock wetsuit cuff should keep your hands warm through out any session.
The Bamboo lining on the Xcel gloves retains the stretch of the neoprene and gives you better heat insulation.
The Drylock seal at the wrist works with the cuff on the new Drylock wetsuits to create an impenetrable seal.
The back of hand panel is 300% PLUS stretch Ultraspan Superlight neoprene, and like all Xcel gloves they are engineered to fit your hands.

Opening of gloves was too tight/small to get hand in, so had to return. Despite problem with product, the online shop is great to deal with, and you made returning the item very easy by providing an addressed label.

Good gloves, bit thick to hold a bar with. Did not use them on the water though, lets see next year.

I bought for my girlfriend for kitesurfing. She has no problem with hand ache wearing these (unlike her 5mm gloves). Her hands were still cold though (in January) but not painfully so - a good compromise she thinks.

Haven't had a chance to take them out into the water yet, but they fit so much better than my last gloves - especially around my fingers.

Almost no water coming through, , came out of the water with warm hands on a windy cold day in January Drylock seal works with other wetsuits as well, minimizes the water coming at your wrists into the wetsuit!
