Magicseaweed DescriptionThe Infiniti boots have 5mm neoprene throughout the boot with blindstitched and glued seams, blind stitching means the stitch does not go all the way through the neoprene meaning less chance of any water getting in. We've found for us in the South West of the UK a 5mm round toe boot is warm enough to wear in the coldest of winter sessions, if you surf a lot in the North East or somewhere where the water gets colder we'd recommend going for a thicker pair of boots. Just like a mitt on your hands, a round toe design is warmer than a split toe as all your toes are together. The Velcro straps across the instep allows you to tighten up the fit once the boot is onto make sure you're not slipping inside the boot. The ThermoCarbon polypro lining is a thick layer of fibres which help trap air and create an insulating layer between your foot and the neoprene. Technical InformationTechnical Specifications:
Sizing We recommend going for the same size in wetsuit boots as you wear in regular shoes, you want a snug fit without any pressure on your toes. The size printed inside an Xcel boot is the US size, the sizes on the site for all 2013 Xcel boots are in UK sizes so if you've got a pair from a previous season with 10 printed on the inside you want to go for a UK 9 size.
