AThis suit is a 3/2, the 3mm panels are on the torso and the legs, the 2mm panels are on the arm.

Very nice suit. Especially considering the promotional offer.I use size LS and have used suits in this size from O'Neill, Patagonia and RipCurl. Excel tends to be a bit on the tighter / smaller side than the other brands...
