Everything you see on our website is in stock and ready for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. We run on a live stock system which means the minute you place your order we have allocated you the stock.
At Magicseaweed we pride ourselves on the rapid delivery service we provide to all our customers. Within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of you placing your order we aim to ensure it has left our warehouse. All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (not including Bank Holidays) are shipped the same working day. In most cases UK First Class orders arrive the next day. Whatever the case if you’re dissatisfied with your order you can return any item within 28 days of receipt. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. When returning items please use the returns form on your invoice.

Please note we don’t offer a refund on ear-plugs and underwear for hygiene reasons, DVD’s which have had the cellophane removed or any item that cannot be resold ‘as new’. All our wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned as long as they haven’t been worn in the water.
At Magicseaweed we work to offer the very best range, customer service, warranty cover and refund and returns policy but we also want to ensure you can buy with confidence that you’re getting the very best value possible. For any product we sell we promise we’ll do our very best to match the price of any of our competitors, providing:
