All UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail with the exception of Bulky and high value items such as surfboards, cameras and skateboards will be sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery. The option to upgrade to a courier service is availble on all orders and pricing is listed below.

Outside Europe

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For which usually arrives within 3-7 days but can take longer due to local postal services. Please be aware orders outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection which could delay delivery.

Note for Private Sale customers

Once the sale has finished we buy in bulk from our supplier and dispatch direct to you. This means that delivery will take a little longer than normal (please allow 7-14 days) but you'll save a packet for your time. There are no minimums, every order placed with us will get fulfilled, but beware stock is often very limited. When it's gone it's gone and when it's over it's over.

Lost Orders

We're confident in all our delivery providers to get your package to you on time but very occasionally orders can get lost. If your order was sent using the Royal Mail First Class service we'll send you a replacement after 14 working days. All international orders shipped via Royal Mail Airmail and International Tracked will recieve a replacement after 28 working days.

28 Day Returns Policy

Whatever the case if you're dissatisfied with your order you can return any item within 28 days of receipt. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. When returning items please use the returns form on your invoice.

Please note we don't offer a refund on ear-plugs and underwear due to hygiene issues, cameras which have been used, DVD's which have had the cellophane removed or any item that cannot be resold 'as new'. All our wetsuits and accessories can be tried on for fit and returned as long as they haven't been worn in the water.
