At magicseaweed we offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. These include free standard delivery, Royal Mail 1st class delivery, and a variety of courier services including Click & Collect next working day, next working day, Saturday and Sunday delivery. For delivery charges, cut off times and delivery times, please see the table below:

All DPD UK Next Working Day orders placed before 9pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched the same day.

Because a signature is required for DPD deliveries, we've added the convenience of a one-hour delivery window. Just provide us with your mobile telephone number or email and DPD will tell you exactly when your order is being delivered. You can even change the delivery date or get it delivered to a neighbour.

Orders placed via DPD UK Next Working Day on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on the next working day. On Sundays and Bank Holidays the cut off for UK Next Working Day delivery is 4pm. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the following day.

Saturday orders need to be placed before 9pm on Friday. Sunday orders need to be placed before 2pm on Saturday.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Magicseaweed reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Magicseaweed does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Magicseaweed is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.

UK RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item.

How do I return an unwanted product within the UK?

To return a product, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:

1.Complete the return note Please tick the ‘Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ box next to the products you are returning and choose a reason code from the list. If you are exchanging a product, please ensure that you state the size and colour of the replacement item. In case you have already disposed of your return note, please attach a note with your name and billing address details or order number so that we can identify the return.

2.Repackage your products Tear off the return note and place it inside the package. Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact.

3.Return via your preferred method At Magicseaweed we offer a free returns service via Collect+, alternatively you can also use Royal Mail. If selecting an alternative service we recommend using a tracked service. Take the parcel to your nearest store/post office and keep any receipts as they will contain your tracking number.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.

Upon inspection of the returned product, Magicseaweed will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Magicseaweed reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

How do I return a product from overseas?

Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?

Yes, we deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer.

We are unable to offer 24 hour, Saturday, Sunday delivery and Click and Collect next working day delivery if your order is going to any of these postcodes: AB - Aberdeen, BT - Belfast, GY - Guernsey, FK - Falkirk, HS - Isle Of Lewis, IM - Isle Of Man, IV- Inverness, JE - Jersey, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, TR21-25 - Isles of Scilly, ZE - Shetland.

Courier services to these areas will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).

We do not ship to British Overseas Territories except for Gibraltar.

We currently ship to 60 countries. For detailed information on delivery times and charges please see the table below. Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories and military bases.

If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, this means that at present we do not ship there.

Delivery FAQs

How will my order be delivered?

Magicseaweed offers a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. These include FREE UK delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class, 1st Class Delivery, Next Working Day, Saturday and Sunday delivery options. Next Working Day Delivery will be made by DPD or FedEx. You will be sent a tracking number for these services, however if you wish you can call our Customer Service Hotline quoting your order number and our staff will happily check the progress of your parcel.

What happens if I am not at home?

Our couriers will leave a card explaining where your package is and also provide the package tracking number. DPD will email you to let you know what time slot your package will be delivered (within a two hour slot) and you can either arrange somebody to be there at that time or reply to the email to arrange an alternative delivery date.

My order has not arrived. Where is it?

Very few orders should be delayed but the most common delays we note are;

an attempted delivery has been made but no-one was in (a card should always be left by the courier to notify you of this), bad weather or strike action has created delays. Can we collect/return items to the warehouse?

Unfortunately customers cannot collect or return items directly to our warehouse or offices at this time. Please return the item via post using the returns procedure on your delivery note.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do.

Our VAT policy

Do prices on the website include VAT?

Prices on the website include all relevant VAT charges. This means that your price will not change even if your local VAT rate being different that the UK rate.

I live in the Channel Islands can I claim the VAT back?

Our prices remain the same irrespective of where you live, with a single global price for each product, inclusive of all relevant VAT charges. If you live outside of the EU, for example, the Channel Islands, then your price will already include the absence of VAT charges.

Can I request a VAT receipt?

If you are a VAT registered trader, we can provide a VAT receipt in respect of the items purchased from Magicseaweed. Please note that some items are not VAT rated e.g. Children's clothes. Any VAT receipts will be made out to the Magicseaweed account holder and sent to the address quoted on the account.
